I liked these and will definitely be making them again, but I think I need to play around with the seasoning. Cooked one tray, tasted them, and added some garlic seasoning to the rest of the mix, which we really liked. Also, instead of frying, I baked them. I'll be using these for an upcoming babyshower I'm hosting. Thank you!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? "Wow, these are good!" That was my husband's comment on eating one of these little beauties. We all enjoyed them very much. I used fresh broccoli, which I chopped up and cooked, then chilled in the freezer for a bit. We think they would be even more delightful with a bit of tabasco added into the mix. Something I will make again, and think of our Redneck Epicurean.people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Oh wow this are awesome!! I'm so sorry I waited so long to make them!!! I used sharp cheddar cheese and they were great. I chopped my broccoli up more then it was and as I rolled them I wished I would have chopped it up more. Some of the bigger pieces would fall out and stick to my hands. But still these are an excellent appetizer or side dish. Amy, Thanks for such a wonderful recipe!!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful...
