      Well this should be more than a 5 star recipe. I used it in a wing contest last weekend and came in second. The winner brought in WHOLE family to vote and just barely beat me. This recipe is a winner. The only change that I had to make was not breading the wings due to the length of time the wings had to set inthe sauce for juding. I just deep fried them and they were winners. Thanks so much.

      Loved this barbecue sauce, tropical with a little kick! I made a 1/2 recipe of the sauce and used 4 chicken breasts cut into 3x1 inch pieces because I didn't have any wings. Instead of deep-frying, I roasted the chicken for 30 minutes at 400F and used a 1/2 c each of panko and breadcrumbs instead of flour for the coating. This was excellent, thanks for sharing!

      I tried this recipe right after I saw it on Food Network's Showdown. It is absolutely awesome! My BH just asked me the other day when I'd make them again. That's what I'm doing right now... They are some what time consuming but well worth the effort. Talk about finger-lickin' good chicken! Hmmm, Hmmm!
