      These were great, I had never thought to beer batter chicken until my husband requested it. I used Alton Brown's chicken seasoning recipe instead of parsley/salt & pepper. Thank you for the recipe!

      Great recipe, easy, basic. I used chicken breasts pounded flat and added a fair bit of coarse ground black pepper to the batter, and it came out great. Even our 11 year old son who hates everything admitted that it was "good."

      I use the 1 part beer 1 part flour base for anything beer battered I make.

      I tried this on Saturday night, and it was pretty good. I think it was my own error that the breading came off of the chicken, but all in all, I would try it again.

      made this tonight,i use boneless chicken breast cut into chunks,very very good served it with cheese fries,better then the xxl hungryman dinners
