Fresh summertime way to enjoy brie! I used fresh mint (spearmint and chocolate mint) from the garden as an edible and fragrant garnish instead of the parsley. The mint seems a better match to me for this brie recipe since it's sweet. I'm reserving parsley for more savory brie recipes.people found this review Helpful. This was really delicious. I didn't cut my Brie up and just served it as one big slice with crackers as an apetizer. I think next time I will try and add a little less water and sugar and keep the berries a little fresher to make it less like a dessert. Great recipe though, thank you!people found this review Helpful. You can only vote others' reviews helpful or not helpful... Was this review helpful to you? Yes | No We don't know who you are.
