30 years old and I hated peeling eggs all my life...until now! Thank you for this recipe, I will now make hard boiled eggs with a smile on my face. Never knew it could be so easy!!!

It worked but I had to add about a cup more water because it nowhere covered my eggs in my "small" sauce pot. I guess it just wasn't small enough. :/

I needed a few eggs for different recipes so made these up. I followed the recipe as written. It doesn't say what to do with the salt but I added it to the water. Made for perfect hard boiled eggs.

This is how I always make my hard boiled eggs. You had salt listed in the ingredients so I'm assuming that you add it to the water too. (It isn't stated in the directions.) It makes the shell release every time leaving a perfect hard boiled egg. Thanks so much for posting!
