These are very good and very simple. My family loves these. You can change them up and add ham,bacon,or whatever kind of cheese you love. I love swiss.

Ingredients Nutrition

  • 3 cups crushed crackers (I use club and it adds flavor)
  • 3 cups flour
  • 12 slices bread
  • 6 slices cheese
  • 6 eggs
  • 3 cups milk

Directions

  1. Mix egg, milk, and flour. Put cheese on bread. dip into milk mixture. dip in crackers until coated well. Then deep fat fry. Yummmy!
