- 453.59 g cooked chicken, in 1-inch strips
- 0 large onion, Coarsley Chopped
- 236.59 ml chicken broth
- 295.73 ml salsa salsa (Preferably Tomatillo (green)
- 118.29 ml sour cream
- 113.39 g shredded Mexican blend cheese or 113.39 g colby-monterey jack cheese
- 113.39 g Velveeta cheese or 113.39 g processed cheese slices
- 170.09 g fried corn tortilla strips
directions
- Sweat Onion in real butter (approximately 2 minutes).
- Add Chicken and Chicken Broth, simmer till broth is just about evaporated.
- Add Salsa, simmer and mix thouroughly (approximately 1 minute).
- Stir in Cheeses and then Sour Cream until mixed thouroughly.
- Stir in Fried Corn Tortilla Strips and serve immediately!
