    Directions:

      Melt butter in a med-sized saucepan.
    2. 2
      Sauté celery, onion, and green pepper, until tender.
    3. 3
      Add mustard and Worcestershire sauce.
    4. 4
      Move mixture to a lg. mixing bowl, and add parsley, crabmeat, and 2 well-beaten eggs. Mix well with hands.

      Fold in diced hard-boiled eggs and 1 cup breadcrumbs.

      Mold with medium ice cream scoop into crab cakes.
    7. 7
      Sprinkle with remaining breadcrumbs.

      Broil to cook 30 minutes.

      •To prepare these deep-fried:

      Beat 2 eggs with 1/2 cup milk.

      Roll each crab cake in this mixture, then roll in dish of 1 cup of breadcrumbs.

      Deep fry at 375°F, until golden brown.

      We loved these from the first to the last, which we were fighting over by the way :) I squirted lemon on them before serving and sprinkled with parsley. Great crab cakes!

      These are the best crab cakes EVER!!!! I loved the hard-boiled eggs in them.....really put these over the top!!! I'm throwing out my old recipe. Thanks so much for sharing, CookinNEatinGal!!!
