Easy Cream Cheese Wontons

  • 1 (16 ounce) packageof small egg roll wraps
  • 10 ounces cream cheese
  • 1 egg (beaten)


  1. Scoop about a nickle to a quarter sized dallop of cream cheese into center of a wrap.
  2. Dip fingers or pastry brush into egg and smear a small amount on all four corners of wrap.
  3. Grab four corners to meet in the center and press down lightly to make it stick together.
  4. Fry until golden brown - no extra sauce needed to make these taste perfect!

For a healthier version, try baking instead of frying. It is just as yummy without the grease!
