Made these for a dinner party and it was a novelty for the guests. Easy to make and true to the ingredients/ recipe.

We had Dinner Club last night with a Southwest theme and these were a hit for dessert! I followed the recipe exactly, used Frosted Flakes as the cereal and actually added just a tad bit more cinnamon. Impressive, fun and delicious! Everyone raved.

Thank you so much for this recipe! My fried ice cream came out beautifully. I used organic General Mills CURVES Whole Grain Crunch Cereal with rice and wheat and Breyers chocolate & vanilla ice cream. I crushed up the cereal a bit before rolling the balls. These tasted amazing and will definitely impress any guests. This recipe is a KEEPER!

Really Good! Well worth the time. Just as good as the my favorite resturant version. Topped with chocolate syrup and whipped cream.

This is Excellent!! I made this for company and they were so impressed! I didn't have Sweetened cornflakes, so I add about a tablespoon of powdered sugar to the cornflakes. I had to beat a second egg and more vanilla as I ran out of the egg mixture. I did freeze the ice cream balls inbetween the coatings. I made tortilla bowls from a recipe I found on this site for an impressive presentation. I will definatly make this again.

Absolutely decadent and sinful, love it! The secret is to freeze the scoops real good, though, else they just fall apart. Thanks.
