  • Put Olive Oil on a piece of grouper.
  • Add some blackened seasoning and bake at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  • To make the sauce, blend the remaining ingredients together, put them over fish, and serve.

  1. The quickest, easiest fish dish I have prepared yet. My boyfriends loved it. I didn't have blackened seasoning, so I just put some ground pepper and garlic powder. I was sure to use fresh parsley as well, which probably helped a lot. I can't imagine if I had fresh oregano as well for it. Delicious!

I'm disable now for a couple years. I was in sales for 25 years and was a policeman for 5 years before that and just floated around a few years before that. I've been married to the same gal for 30 years, got two sons and two grandchildren. I got into the recipe seen and have got hooked on it, I'm not a cook but I'm learning as I go.
