I will definitely make this again. My family loved the taste.

I made these for dinner tonight and my kids loved them! I did have to substitute mozzarella cheese for swiss, as that was what I had on hand, and dijon mustard. I'm definitely going to be making them again.

These were good. I used sharp cheddar cheese and swiss and I think it may have been better if one of the cheeses was milder. I also used dijon mustard so there were a lot of flavors competing for my attention. It was a bit much for my toddlers. We only made two sandwiches today, so I added more green onion and look forward to having the leftover tomorrow.

Yum! I cheated a bit and used the filling only. I used small Turkish breads (pide) and didn't butter the outside, but cooked them in my sandwich press. I used Dijon mustard, which I thought might be a bit too strong, but it was perfect. I'll certainly make this again.

Much better than a plain old grilled cheese. I cut the recipe in half, used dijon mustard, red onion, and added sliced tomato to my version. (I love grilled cheese with tomato!) I think I'd like to try it with green onions but I used them all last night and it is just too cold right now to shop!! I think this would make a nice family lunch when relatives are visiting.

This is not your everyday grilled cheese sandwich - its very rich & gourmet all the way! I used extra old cheddar & gruyere which is so close to swiss that there was no change to the taste. I'd used all my green onions in another recipe so I finely chopped some red onion. Agree that Hellman's (Light) is best, used dijon mustard & 12-grain bread. Thanx Kitten!
