Wonderful!! I will add more sauce next time, as the breading soaked it all up. They were otherwise perfect. A huge hit with the boys as a superbowl snack. Will make again and again.

Definately a five star recipe. These things are wonderful! Its been so long since I went to Hooters, that I don't even remember what their wings taste like. they can't be better then these.... I agree tho, the smell of grease in my house was awful! I am still trying to get rid of the smell! I'm hoping the weather gets warm enough today that I can open my windows for awhile. I will cook them out on my patio if I have to, in the future, but I refuse to give up my Hooters Buffalo wings!Loved them, loved them, loved them... and by the way, I had twice as many wings as the recipe calls for, and had plenty of sauce for all of them.Plenty of flour also, and dipped them in buttermilk first before putting them in the flour.

Just like Hooters wings. As much as I hate the way the house smells after deep frying, Buffalo Wings are by far the best when lightly breaded and deep fried before the sauce goes on. When the weather turns nice I plan on making these quite often, doing the deep frying out on the patio.

These are great! I cant compare them to Hooters because Ive never had them there. But these are delicious! I always season the flour well with more cayenne and onion and garlic powder. I usually add less butter to the sauce to make it spicier. My bf loves these. He's always wanting me to make them. Play around with the sauce a bit to make it your own!

Just wonderful! However, I usually just fry them a little, dip them in the sauce & finish them in the oven. And personally, I don't bother with the butter. Just extra calories. I want all the spice. Thanks for sharing!
