  • Pepper the flour.
  • Combine eggs, milk, water.
  • Mix breader with lemon pepper and sugar.
  • Lightly dust fish in the flour.
  • Dip fish into eggwash, then roll in breader.
  • Deep fry@ 350-375 till golden brown, or 3 minutes.
