Very good flavor. I would try double dipping next time, to make a thicker, crispier crust.

DH just loved this! I thought it was really good. He loves fried chicken. You can really taste the marinated ingredients in this dish. Mine came out on the darker side. Maybe I cooked it on a higher temperature, I don't know but it sure came out juicy and crispy. Thanks for posting.

I made this for dinner tonight. Last night my husband kept saying "What is the white stuff in that bag?" I don't know what to really say about it except that only at times could you really taste the marinade. I think that frying this kind of over powers the taste. I'm wondering if baking this would be more tasty. I might try this again but in the oven or by grilling it.

Outstanding! Love this, really love this! I made this yesterday as instructed; sitting in the fridge overnight and turning occasionally. Perfect! This morning I quick fried these up and the taste was so yummy. I used chicken breast strips and they browned nicely. I packed several in Dennis' lunch with some blue cheese dressing. He has already tried them at work, called, and pronounced this a supreme success. Totally easy and yummy terrific! Thank you so much, Annacia!

This is the second mexican flavored fried chicken recipe have tried on here, and just like the first it was great. I used boneless skinless breasts cut into nuggets so the fry part took a lot less time than stated. I made these for my friends picnic today and they were all devored I hear. Def a make a again! Made for ZWT 3!
