Spicy Pickled Fish

"This is a sweet n sour fish dish. The fish fillet is first coated with flour and then deep fried to give it a crispy texture. So it is best to serve it immediately after the seasoning sauce has been poured over it, otherwise as the sauce set it, the fish will not be as crispy. Enjoy!"

I love baking and have my fair share of flops and success :) I learnt as I bake and have started my own collection of recipe books. I like online chat and have been but unsuccessful in looking for a chatroom for budding chefs :) I like to make friends with people who are honest and sincere and hopefully I can make some new friends who are like me, interested in baking.
