      Great Flavor! Dutch oven can be subsitted for a covered Sautee pan or deep fryer. Select greens as you choose, if you don't like bok choy, try water chestnuts. Tempura batter is flour, beer of choice, pinch of cayenne and salt. Hope this helps!
